10Verified ReviewWe had a really good experience with Bevan Property Services. They damp proofed / plastered two rooms and a hallway. From the initial contact to the end of the job Andrew was on hand to help with anything. Appointments were always kept and everyone who visited our home was professional and excellent at their job. The job was finished ahead of the original schedule and all the work was to an excellent standard. The best compliment I can give is that we will have them to do any future works and I would recommend them to friends and family.

10Verified ReviewAs all of the work was external (repointing and waterproof treatment to the brickwork) we needed dry weather and needed to wait for a window of opportunity when the weather was dry. During this time communication with Bevan Maintenance servicers was faultless. The work was arranged and carried out as promised using skilled and polite people every step of the way. Can't speak highly enough of everyone involved and would go back to these building contractors again without hesitation. Thank you to all involved!

They needed to repair and blend approximately 10 square meters, as my exterior walls are pebble-dashed, they needed to do that to the repair as well. Completed in a very timely manner, at my address by 8am to get started. Very courteous and helpful and answered any queries that I had. Would recommend.
