  Ben came to look at the garage roof and identified the problem. Quote was prompt and the work was carried out soon after. Ben and his son are both really polite and explained the issue and discussed ways to resolve it. They completed the work on the date agreed and left everything very tidy after.

  Can't rate the Bens highly enough. What I thought was just a leaky rooflight was the tip of an iceberg and removal of the tiles revealed timbers like a chocolate Flake. I was very, very stressed but Ben Snr. Was patient and reassuring. He explained what could be done and then they just cracked on and got it sorted. They turned up when they said they would and got on with the job, no messing about. They were polite, considerate and amenable. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks, guys :-)

  Ben was in touch very quick after I posted my job, popped round the same day, really polite and professional. Came back a couple of days later to carry out the work, all done with no mess, and he explained what they were doing beforehand. Very careful when moving through the house. Overall I could not be more satisfied and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Thank you!
