  Bill came and inspected our leaking lead gulleys and explained exactly what the problem was and how to remedy it. He quickly came back with an estimate for the work. He also told us about cladding the soffits and facias with PVC and new gutters and down pipes and we decided to go along with this. Work started within the week and five days later was finished to a very high standard. He was very polite and kept us informed of how the work was going. I would recommend him to anyone.

• Flat roof repairs

  We have used Bill twice for repairs to two different flat roof sections on our house. On occasions both he took photos before and after the work was done to show us what the problem was and how it had been rectified. We had to wait a while but once he gave us a date he came when he said he would and came back every day until it was completed. All work carried out seems to be of a good quality. The first visit was more than 6 months ago and there has been no repeat of the leaks. All rubbish was removed and everything left tidy. Prices seem reasonable. Highly recommended.

  Bill was absolutely amazing. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the work needed and advised me not to get my guttering done until new windows fitted even though it meant him waiting three months for the work. He could not have been more polite or friendly. He did an excellent job quickly and effectively and I am extremely happy with the service provided. And wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
