  Awful communication and timekeeping. Treated my stuff with complete lack of care. Everything was caked in dirt. Sofa was disgusting. Cigarette butts on my balcony, rubbish in with my food, left my cups dirty. Beading was left with scratches so I had to call them back to fix. It jammed against the front door so they would have definitely noticed this when finishing the job. Later Jay sent me an ‘updated price’ of a few extra 100s, also did not tell me I was owed a refund for unused materials.

  This is the worse experience I’ve had with these tradesmen. These guys are a bunch of “cowboys”. They came into my property a nearly destroyed it. I had major leaks which they made worse and left it. They broke my shower glass door which they had to replace. They left me in a vulnerable state and my flat in such a disgusting and terrible condition, I had to desperately call out another plumber. I will NEVER use them AGAIN. I’m horrified and disappointed to experience such BAD workmanship unprofessionalism from these men.

  Definitely recommend Jay and his team. Absolutely professional Tradesmans. They also built an extension from my back of the house which was No complaints at all. Will use them in again.
