Very knowledgeable surveyor with a superb team of professionals completing the work needed to sort out a damp wall and the reasons why it was damp. Very punctual, everything left clean and tidy after the jobs were finished and efficient. 11/10 I wouldn’t hesitate to use Biocraft South West again if I needed to. Thanks everyone

9.75Verified ReviewClint, the surveyor, was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. You could tell that he had a passion for his job - helping others prevent mould and damp. He was very thorough and explained verything to me in great detail. We thought the work carried out was to a brilliant standard. Very tidy and efficient. The only thing I feel could be improved is the workmen didn't seem to know where some parts were meant to go , so we had to double check the report and advise. Other then that it is a brilliant company and very professional and polite.
