    Bogdan came to quote for some work that turned out (on his recommendation) not to be necessary. Really appreciate his honesty, many people would have taken the opportunity to charge for unnecessary work. He took the time to come to my house, give a thorough inspection, and did not charge me anything. Thank you Bogdan, a true gent!

    Bogdan came to quote on some work for me (cosmetic, as I'm putting my house on the market). He told me that, honestly, it didn't need doing (and that doing so would only highlight the issue, which was barely visible as it was). I really appreciated this, as a lot of people would have taken the opportunity to charge for a layer of Polyfilla. Thank you Bogdan, you are a proper gent :)
