• Great job replacing a cracked 1700mm x 700mm shower tray

  Lee from Bourne Ceramic Bathrooms came around and looked at the job and spoke openly about what was needing to be done and would send a quote later that day, and true to his word he sent an email that night. I accepted Lee's quote and he said he could do the job the following week, time and date accepted and here I am very happy with our newly installed shower tray. Lee and Steve were professional throughout and got on with the job of removing and installing new 1700 x 700 shower tray and replacing the old glass panel. Thoroughly recommend Lee from Bourne Ceramic Bathrooms

  Really simple process from initial quote through to completion. Timescales were excellent with good communication from Lee to get the design we wanted. Workmanship was excellent with Lee and Steve being very diligent as well as offering their advice and experience, and adapting the odd change part way through. Both were genuinely friendly and approachable through the whole project, as was the electrician (Jack). All in all, a great service with a great end product. We will definitely use them again for future work and would thoroughly recommend to other people. Thanks very much!

  BCB (Lee) provided excellent service, on budget, on-time and with a professional and flexible approach. I remark on my additional "Out of Scope" extras such as my downstairs WC which he equally completed. BCB make good use of other professionals to complete underpinning work which I remark was delivered professionally. The quality of work was very high, attention to detail and remediation of defects provides a strong recommendation for this business.
