    Billy, the main man of BP Plumbing, has made us a brilliant bathroom, for a really good price too. In involved walls back to brick, wooden floor converted to tiles, new lights, new bath and shower and basin, really immaculate tiling on the walls and shower, he did an amazing job on our old house with non-square walls etc. It looks stunning now. He was reliable, turned up on time every day, easy to work with, good communicator, honest, knowledgeable. I will always use him for future work if he is available.

    I received an indepth quote which even provided me with the serial numbers of the items so that I could A) check what he was ordering and B) gave us the prices too which was brilliant as we could see what the labour and parts were actually costing. He used quality products for the bathroom refurbishment. He overboarded the ceiling, tanked the walls, new floor, skimmed the ceiling, did a fabulous job on the tiling, boxed in the shower area and behind the sink and toilet so that it had a better flow to the room. Fitted a chrome towel heater, relocated the pipes and even painted the ceiling.
