10Verified ReviewPaul came well on time, prepared and took me through the general process. I let him do his thing and caused many distractions throughout. Throughout those distractions, Paul always took the time to explain what he was doing essentially teaching me the fundamentals of how the units function. After finishing, Paul then took me round to explain some of the clear flaws in the original installation and explain the most important thing to get sorted. I will definitely be using Paul and the Brass Monkey company again for my airconditioners.
