• Water damage on ceiling

  Tom contacted me via text after getting the job through checkatrade. After a quick conversation we arranged a time for him to come round and have a look. He came round we had a chat about what had caused the issue and what had happened since. Once he had all the info and had a look at the damage, he said that we just needed to sand it back and repaint, no work needed from him, said he was happy to do it if we still wanted it done but not necessary. Great honesty, very polite, will be giving him a bell if I need anything doing in future.

• Leaking gutter

  The gutter was leaking at both ends and this was cured but in doing so a leak was created in the centre joint.This work was carried out on 2nd Nov 2023 I complsained about the leak on 8th Nov 2023. On 8th Nov I complained that the centre joint was leaking and asked if he would come out sometime to rectify the problem . The reply was...Will do, thanks for letting me know.  At the end of March 2024 I had not had any response so I emailed again but no reply.  Considering I paid £275 for half an hours work and Levi Lamb said it was guaranteed, this is a poor example of service.

• Roof leak

  I called him seeing number from here.He came quickly and said he will fix it for £130 and I agreed. He came few more time to check then he came with his team and said £250, Then he changed to £500 as he need to use scaffolding to get to roof and 2 people whole day job. I agreed again as my insurance company agreed to pay. On the day two men came with a ladder and a single roof tile and some eaves guard work done under an hour. I paid straight away but my insurance company needed a payment received receipt to pay me my money back but he don’t give, I mailed, texted called no use. Fraud
