    Tommy and his team delivered the building of a new extension to the rear of our property involving bespoke carpentry of cedar cladding and new tiered decking. This was all delivered with expertise and a conscious effort to ensure our wellbeing was maintained throughout. We have used Wooden it be Nice for every major works we have done in our home(s) over the years and they have never failed to deliver. I would highly recommend them.

  • Quality front extension.

    Barry and his lads built a front extension for us in 2023. The job involved all sorts of work, from ground works to relocating the gas supply, taking the corner of the house off, and rebuilding a fantastic new entrance and side extension. Throughout, they were great to have around. Knowledgable, hardworking and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the end result, and I fully recommend them for similar projects.

    Thanks to Barry and Adam and Dan and the team, They made simple work of what turned out to be quite a tricky job. Very considerate, good communication with me and throughout their own team so everything was coordinated well through the whole job. We encountered some rotten timber structure beneath some render halfway through but they were able to sort it with really minimal intrusion and with great workmanship. Great knowledge, and explained everything they were doing really clearly to me. Site has terrible access for materials etc. But it was never an issue. Will certainly use them again.

  • New roof over workshop

    The job consisted of removing an old rotten timber roof, rebuilding the frame and felting across new roof and additional existing flat roof. In addition a new door had to be installed, and there was some minor electrical work involved. This all had to revolve around the workshop remaining open and busy. I could not have asked for a better team to take on the job. They were punctual, tidy, kept me informed throughout - and were mindful of the neighbours. And the work was exemplary and came in on estimate. I am very happy to recommend Barry and his team.

  • Garden renovation

    Barry and his workmen renovated my gardens, hard and soft landscaping, installing fencing, laying topsoil and turf, retaining sleeper walls, patios and generally tidying up. They were polite, always on time, and if they had to collect materials on the way, they let me know. The standard of the workmanship was outstanding - we had no problems being signed off by Building Control, the property was always left tidy at the end of the day - we are very pleased with the finish and quality. I have no problem recommending them and if anyone wants to come and check it out, I'm very happy to show them.
