  • A little bit tricky work but Bright Space Construction made a good job

    The door frame holding the existing Frenchdor was rotten and we needed a proper door frame to allow the installation of the new Frenchdoor. Some works inside, mostly outside and a little bit of roofing

    Pavlo and his team renovated two two-bedroom flats for us. Works included: designing of anew kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, electrical works, repais of fitted wardrobe, plastering, painting, tiling, installation of new garden fence, rubbish removal, instalation of radiators and heat exchangers. Pavlo organised all materials needed and gave helpful suggestions to the problematic works/areas and helped finding practical solutions. We have been able to maintain respectful dialog throughout and the final outocome of our cooperation is very successful.

    Pavlo, Sergey and Igor worked on various parts of our house for just under 2 weeks, and we were very happy with the results! They were helpful when we had any questions, started work very promptly, advised us on possible design improvements that we hadn't considered, and were happy to add additional jobs at request. They were clearly focused on doing a good job for a very reasonable price and didn't seem to take any shortcuts, we will definitely be in contact with them for future work!

    Pavlo and Sergey have provided an excellent service making our new ensuite toilet and sink in the study room. The workmanship was performed to a high standard and they carried out additional work putting insulation above the study room, laminating the downstairs hallway and tiling our kitchen floor. The communication could be improved at times so that we knew what was happening when. But other than that, I would totally recommend the team and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

    All team are excellent, standards are amazing, quality is what you would want these days, affordable price, very friendly workers. Would definitely recommend and use their services in the future . Thanks alot, you change our house in no time, the full refurbished took just under 7 weeks, iam very happy owner ????
