  • Removal of Spray Foam insulation from the loft, all waste removed and certification

    We paid £3k deposit in November to guarantee works start date of 08/01. After lots of excuses work started 30/01 but required an extra £1k for cash flow. The team were pulled off the site in February for another job. Despite months of negotiation to get the work completed, a series of broken promises, the work remains 4 months late, we have incurred additional cost and distress from losing our buyer, the house is a mess, has been left in an unsaleable state, with no proposal to resolve the situation.

    The two experts arrived on time, kept me informed at all times about arrival times. Explained what they would do and they carried out the job efficiently, courteously and were diligent in their cleaning up afterwards. They even vacuumed my false lawn !!!

    Very disappointing service. The job started in between Christmas and New Year but overran and could not be completed on time (not helped by Mark turning up over 5 hours late on the first day). However when he was here, he worked hard. It was agreed that the job would be completed - 1 more days work - after our return from holiday at the end of January. However, numerous excuses later, and two totally wasted months, we've been "ghosted" and have had to remove the remaining spray foam ourselves. Communication is terrible and we've had to constantly chase for updates throughout.

    I was totally unaware that the spray foam in the loft was an issue until I had my house valued. Lee and Mark worked like Trojans. They did an excellent job and now you cannot tell the foam was there in the first place. Great job I would recommend them without any hesitation.
