    Absolutely brilliant service. Couldn’t ask for anymore. We had a problem with our sliding door lock, it was broken. They are old doors. Normally people would refuse to have a look since they are old, but Inglia for BritGuard did a fantastic job in spending time to fixing it and get it back working. He then installed a new lock system with that door and another one too. Excellent service and really appreciated the hard work that was put into satisfying our needs. Very nice person, hard working, understanding. Would definitely recommend.

    Our back door lock had broken. It was a complex mechanism that the locksmith couldn’t replace without expensive parts. They helped us to get the door locked and in a better position so that we can think about replacing when we were ready. Communication was excellent, they were in touch immediately and the locksmith turned up promptly.

Negative - replacement part which I consider looked a standard off the shelf item was grossly overpriced priced (x3) and spoiled an otherwise good service.
