• Be careful

  Actual roofers did a good job. BUT John who runs the company has really poor work ethics. He intentionally hid costs to provide a competitive quote and then tried really hard to charge us extra at the end. He also put a lot of pressure on us to do things in a way that we were not convinced. For example, he insisted we don’t need planning permission for some of the work when we actually did. Now project has been has been finished and paid two months ago and we are still waiting for the 10year warranty certificate he promised to send multiple times.

  Broadoak completely transformed my garden from a garden that was not usable to a fantastic patio, grass and bark area. The guys were really helpful and incredibly hardworking. I was checked in with each step of the way which was great as I wanted to know what was happening when. The guys had really good ideas and I’m super pleased with my finished garden

  John and his team (Mark, A J and Jack) did an excellent job in clearing the very overgrown, mature garden we inherited when we moved to our home and landscaping it to exactly what we had asked for. They created a beautiful, spacious new garden, with new fencing, raised sleeper beds, brick bordered beds, a sandstone path and large new lawn for our family to use and enjoy. They are very reliable, professional, friendly, accommodating and tidy with prompt and clear communication. John, Mark, A J and Jack were great to work with and we highly recommend their excellent service. Five stars!
