    We had Scott move a loft hatch put a ladder in, move some ceiling lights, insulate and board the loft as well as install a loft light. Scott give us a really reasonable quote, was super friendly and thorough, I was able to ask lots of questions before we booked the job and never felt stupid. Really recommend Scott and Broadoak Properties. Scott was on time and gave me updates on the work, really friendly and professional. The work is so neat and finished to a high standard, can’t recommend highly enough! We’ll definitely use Broadoak properties and construction again!

    Scott and his team sourced and fitted my new kitchen, it was exactly how we wanted it and he really could vision our plans. He managed to get it a lot cheaper than I was quoted for the kitchen we had seen in a major high street store and having the piece of mind of not having to organise the delivery to fit in with his team was another worry off my shoulders. I highly recommend Scott and have already passed him on to family for another kitchen. Thanks Scott!
