1Verified ReviewBen offered to come and look at the Boiler after me reaching out on Checkatrade for help. He said he was in Eastbourne and could have a look. He did and gave his diagnosis including a possible new boiler. He then sent us an invoice for a £90.00 call out which at no point in messaging or conversation did he mention and website says free estimates. When I queried it he became unfriendly, never addressing me in emails, and threatening me with legal action as I did not pay it immediately all within the space of 24 hours! And the fact I was at work! Very disappointed with this experience.

A family run business set up in 2017 with over 18yrs experience plumbing, Gas Safe qualified. Skilled to work on general plumbing, underfloor heating systems, natural gas. please take a look at some of our work in the photos supplied which we are proud to share.
We aim to give the best outcomes possible with completed work at competitive prices.
Brookman plumbing & heating cover all aspects of underfloor heating, plumbing, unvented cylinders, gas fires, gas boiler repairs, servicing, landlord certificates, home owner safety checks, new boiler upgrades, bathroom installations and many more.
Our gas safe installers are Worcester accredited and ideal max accredited installers offering many perks to the customer one of which, rather than a standard 5yr warranty on a Worcester product we can offer 10yrs labour and parts free of charge as a Wai installer only can offer this, and upon an ideal vogue max installation we can offer 12 years cover free.
Please note although we are accredited on ideal and Worcester products, we do not stick to just two products of boiler installations should a customer request a boiler manufacturer they prefer.
We take on bathroom installations covering everything from the new ceilings, wood work, general building, flooring and tiling along with all the plumbing needed to completion but if you have tradesmen you use then that’s also great. The benefit of us doing all the work is it runs seamlessly, so you don’t have delays between waiting for other trades and even longer without a bathroom.
We are proud to say there really is no job too big either, as 2019 we have taken on a development of some 40 properties supplying the water mains, first and second fixing to all just to name one project. Covering everything from pipework, soil pipework, kitchen plumbing, combination boilers, accumulators and bathrooms to all properties. We have managed this alongside all other work that comes our way too even if that means a 12hr day the work gets done and on time.
