    I accepted the quote and was advised the job would be started on the 5th Feb. I had to check on the 4th for an update as I had not heard anything. I was advised on the 22nd Feb there was a distribution issue with the bath and the supplier offered £250 discount and would fill the order within 7 days. By the 5th March, still not had a start date and have requested an update. I was advised on 7th March that I would get an update by the following day. I have chased twice since then but no reply. I now have to start again which is not ideal when the job is for my 91 old mother in law !!!

    Prompt response . lots of communication. Extremely accommodating. A very pleasant gentleman to have in the home. Did a perfect job and nothing was too much trouble. Great price.
