  • Hot Water Tank - Replaced

    On the bank holiday Friday our hot water tank decided to start producing very dirty brown water. I called numerous plumbers and Mark was the only one to respond and offered to come over within a few hours. He diagnosed the issue and came back with a quote within a few hours. Mark offered to move some other jobs around to fit us in and get the water back to normal. We went ahead with the quote and Marks team turned up exactly on time and finished the job within the day. We now have a new hot water tank, and everything is back to normal if not better now! Thanks Mark and the team!

    Mark dealt with our initial enquiry quickly and efficiently, came out to inspect the current shower and advised on options. A quote soon followed for the selected option (replace existing shower and pump with like for like modern replacement) and once the parts had arrived they were fitted same day by Mark's team. Icing on the cake was the final price was less than quoted. Many thanks from us and our daughter.

    Mark and the team were absolutely fantastic throughout. Clear communication and very friendly. The fitter Tony was a pleasure to work with and the quality of tiling is sublime. Slight issue with one of the parts, but scheduled in and fixed as part of overall process. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends

    Mark and his team were fantastic. We had a leaking hot water tank and an old style boiler. Within 48 hours the tank was out and the new boiler was plumbed and wired in. The guys really put in a shift to get this done in such a short time. They were polite, clean, tidy and punctual. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
