10Verified ReviewHad a power cut and it knocked out one of fuses. Phoned Build Maintain they came next day, found the problem and I asked Les for a quote on some electrical work. Very quickly gave a quote within a week he did the work. Very pleased with the work also had the electrical certificate so I would recommend them.

10Verified ReviewLes and the team have been fantastic throughout the process. I bought my house at auction and it turned out that loads of work was needed. Les and and the team took everything in their stride whenever any unexpected things cropped up. A complete re-wire, structural works for knocking through a wall, moving the boiler, plastering, tiling, kitchen alterations, adding extractor fan, installed washing machine and tumble dryer, edges and trims throughout. Basically the place needed a complete re-vamp! The work was really good quality, done to budget and in good time. Fully recommend them to anyone

Install was tidy and was vacuumed up after but I did have to go around a couple of edges this was not a problem though - somewhat expected really. They did have to come back to make a couple of finer adjustments to the shower unit but there were no quibbles with that. Follow up all included with original price. Very good value for money would use them again :-)
