• Damaged my roof and actually made the leak worse

  Took the advice of Burton Brothers (who are supposedly experts and of course I'm not) on a stick-on product to repair the lead flashing on my extension. The abutment was showing signs of rain water ingress in the loft. After they did the work, I had rain water leaking into the house and running down the walls! This stick-on product did not fix the issue and they damaged tiles and felt causing the to leaks become far worse. I gave them every opportunity to come back but they declined. I've since had my roof fixed properly including new felt, lead work and undoing Burton Brothers faulty work.

  The Burton brothers are unbeatable! They are great communicators, kind and honest tradesmen. They completed my roof extension a year ago to an exceptional standard and following a recent storm they were super responsive and kind. Two ridge tiles were blown off and 7 tiles were damaged. The men came the next day as soon as they could and showed great craftsmanship as well as honesty and kindness. I wouldn’t ever consider anyone else and highly recommend the Burton Brothers! Thank you
