  • Living room damp

    The initial quote for the job was £4218 when the floorboards were removed there was a area of quite wet damp. They informed me that it would cost an extra £2000 to spray the area. I informed them that it was only a small area and the cost was excessive. When the final bill came in it was a extra £2400. I asked for a breakdown to check the cost which was ignored. I paid by credit card even though they kept asking for part payment in cash. I feel I have been overcharged by at least £1000 if not more.

    The team removed our old wooden decking and put in a new raised patio with step up to the house and ramp to the side access. We are really pleased with the quality of workmanship. Communication was great and the guys doing the work were polite, very hardworking and exceptionally clean and tidy. We would definitely use them again.

    I would highly recommend Butts Landscapes who have recently just carried out work on my driveway. They laid block paving at the front, prepped and laid gravel across the main driveway, installed railway sleepers around the perimeter and also laid some slabs outside my front door. The workmen were extremely polite and were hardworking and kept me informed throughout the entire job. The price was the same I was quoted for and overall am absolutely delighted with the result. I look forward to working with Butts Landscapes in the future for more work at my house. Thank you :)
