    Niko came to unblock our sink and drain, he couldn’t finish the job the first time so agreed to come back straight away the next day. He was good at explaining the problem and stayed to clean and make sure it was working.

    The quality of work was outstanding: damaged decorative coving and water stained ceilings in a number of rooms were restored to their original beauty with a perfect finish. Also, a valued large wardrobe was given new fixings so that its broken doors now glide at a touch. Nico and his crew were professional and considerate at all times - moving/covering furniture and cleaning up. They also kindly performed small ad hoc tasks that I requested. I could not ask for more.

    Nico responded quickly and after a description of the work needed and texting some snapshots of the door, he gave me a quote and several options to do the work within the next 1-2 days!! Couldn't be happier, work was done the very next day and now the door opens and closes without sticking which makes my elderly mum very happy! Would definitely called Cakoni construction again for other jobs around the house as they come up.
