  Chris and his team were fantastic, from initial enquiry to carrying out the work I have no negatives. Chris was available for any questions and responded really quickly. The work was completed to an excellent standard and was done faster than we expected. The guys were so clean with their work and there was no mess left when they were finished each day. The removed frames were collected really quickly as well. Chris was really considerate of my pet and worked around us. 100% would recommend Calibur Glass & Glazing.

• Emergency Lock Replacement

  As a Landlord, I needed new barrel locks on 5 external doors ..... this was an emergency. Chris was out within 24 hours and it took him 25 mins to complete the job which gave me huge peace of mind. I've used Chris before - to fix gliders on a patio door that was 20 years old. Another 3 companies said it needed replaced, but Chris fixed it in half an hour and it's as good as new! I always recommend Chris - he's so knowledgeable about his work, does a great job and doesn't mess you about.

  Our house required all new windows and outside doors and we reached out to Chris @ Calibur Glass and Glazing. He visited our property, was friendly, professional and courteous, took measurements etc and advised us on every step. He arrived as said on our agreed date, and went about the project with ease, talking us through it as he could. Communication was and still is first class and no mess left behind either. We're so pleased with the work we have been recommending Chris and Calibur. Please use Chris and Calibur with confidence, they've been the best homeowning experience for us so far.

• New Windows install.

  Have had Calibur out previously to fit a new front door so they were our first choice when it came to a major replacement of most of the windows in our house. What I like about Chris is there is no sales tactics, just a straightforward and reasonable quote, no faffing about. The quality of the install was first class and all mess was cleared up straight away, he even washed the windows! The old windows were removed immediately on completion of the job. Absolutely delighted with the service we received and will definitely get Calibur back when we get our conservatory done.
