I received a phone call regarding my plug sockets and switches and Charlie seemed so lovely and friendly, we planned for him to come and have a look at the work we had discussed but he cancelled last minute and rearranged which was fine. It came to the time of the appointment the following day and he didn’t turn up so I messaged him but he didn’t respond to any of my messages and is still ignoring me several days later. I haven’t got a clue what I’ve done to deserve this sort of treatment but I guess I’ll have to go elsewhere. Unprofessional, very disappointed. Such a shame.

Garden lighting and socket circuits

Charlie fitted 3 lighting and one socket circuit, spurred off the garage and with 3 Quinetic wireless switches. Was incredibly helpful, gave lots of advice and is clearly very conscientious and takes pride in his work. Friendly, reliable, great principles and an honest chap. It’s difficult to find good tradesmen but I wouldn’t have any doubts about having Charlie round to do further work in future. Fantastic service!

We were incredibly pleased with his pricing, which was spot on. It's a wonderful feeling to have such a skilled and communicative electrician on board, who also maintains friendly relationships with our tenants and showcases timeliness as a top priority.
