  • Renewed old roof, renewed original Dormer

    We had a new extension and it was brought to our attention that the old part of the roof and dormer were in worse condition than we thought. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to happen and showed us everything stage by stage so that we fully understood what work was required in renovating the old part of the house. Very resourceful and experienced in the work he conducts. Very pleased with our new roof and dormer. Everyone knows your budget can go out the window with a build, however, even with the extra work that needed to be done, it was really reasonably priced.

    Unfortunately the Tradesman we had booked injured himself, but Lee had been working on the brick structure and stepped up and took on the further project, we were over the moon as were very happy with the work that he had already done, so more than happy for him to continue. Very precise and very happy with the quality of workmanship. Always kept us up to date with the process.

    The quality of work completed is of a very high standard, can't be faulted. Our house is an old house that wasn't level, he took the time to ensure that everything was aligned from the old build to the new build. Very friendly and approachable, He was very knowledgeable on the questions we had to ask. Felt very comfortable with him and his workers. He was very accommodating to us changing our minds on the plans through the process. Whatever we changed our minds on he adjusted the estimate so we were fully aware of costs.
