10Verified ReviewWe recently moved to the area and were keen to find reliable builders. We were impressed by Stuart and Luke at the quote stage. They seemed to really know their stuff, paid attention to detail and were personable and polite. As it was a big job we took a long time deciding to go for it and asked a lot of questions. Stuart and Luke were very patient during his process! They totally transformed the "shed" into a beautiful, functional modern space. They were punctual, communicative and worked hard. Even adding a nice touch of a complimentary new door mat. We will use them again in the future!

10Stuart and Luke are reliable, polite and patient! They are also good communicators and take time to explain the details of the work they are doing. We hired them to fix a few things in our house and they did a great job! We have now booked them to renovate our summer house.

8.75Verified ReviewIn order for a new built-in freezer to be installed, a long wooden panel or 'plinth' needed to be removed from beneath the old freezer (and adjacent cupboards). It was screwed in place and hard to move but the two men from C&F Maintenance managed the job in a few minutes. They will come back to replace the plinth soon.
