    They didn't show up at the given time (9am) and then took one full hour on live chat to tell me when they will come instead (12-3 was given) and at 3.25 they were still unsure when they could come. They said they would process a refund more than a week ago but this hasn't been received. They genuinely treat customers like garbage as every employee I've spoken to just shrugs their shoulders and don't care as you pay them in advance. DONT USE THEM, especially if you read this review. Give your hard earned money to companies who care about customers.

    Company reached out within a short while of putting on checkatrade on a Saturday afternoon. Engineer (Jason 02) came on time on Monday morning and very kindly called the night before to let me know exact time he would attend. Jason was courteous and very quickly repaired the issue using a replacement part that I supplied. Was all done within 40mins. No hesitation in using again.

    Very happy with the service. Very quick response to my request for a quote on Checkatrade; only had to wait a couple of days for the engineer to come, and a new element for the oven was sourced and fitted within 24 hours. Jason, the engineer, was polite, friendly and efficient. Would recommend.
