  Really good service from this company, came round to quote on the work and make some recommendations on some other work to be carried out at the same time. After completing the re-pointing we had heavy rain and some washed out, it was no issues they came back round (twice due to the weather) to finish. They were easy to get hold of took pictures of the work to show what had been carried out and would explain the process of what needed to be done, would definitely use them again.

  Really pleased with the workmanship. We had a leaking roof an a fairly new property (5-years). Work consisted of the follwing; Strip back tiles on roof Remove existing valley Install new felt, battens and GRP valley Reinstall tiles Install and remove scaffolding The gutters were also replaced with Deepflow. Happy with the work completed. Very courteous workers who were happy to explain the work being done.

  Absolutely superb service from Chris and the lads. They’ve done an amazing job fixing my guttering and the leak in my dining room. Was a bit tricky confirming the day and time of arrival but Chris came shortly after expected and got the job done really efficiently. Quoted within days and job was kept to what I was quoted. Chris explained everything to me simply and showed he had the right expertise for the job. The team was also polite and courteous, they didn’t let me know when they arrived or left so I wasn’t disturbed when I was working at all. They just got on with the job.

• Stressful encounter.

  Very poor communication skills. Would never use them again. Sadly, as I think they have some skilled roofers in the team. I ended up with a damaged gutter in the front which was fine before they came and the gutter is still not sorted on the back..will be looking for another firm to fix it..no apologises from anyone…and no reduction of the bill which he said he would in the phone. The main job they did looks fine but it was done a lot quicker than I expected….overpriced.
