    Dave was great from the start. He responded to my request within minutes. This was a Saturday evening and he came to price the job on Sunday morning. This type of response is very rare! Even though he had not built a pergola before, he has done an amazing job. Very reliable and efficient. Highly recommend!

    Did not turn up for first appointment, said van had broken down when I enquired why he was late. Rearranged for 2 days later, he turned up late, was rude to my partner and couldn’t seem to leave the property quick enough. Also provided a quote without actually fully entering the loft. Terrible experience
