  Had a chimney breast removed , done efficiently and quickly , Sid came bang on time and just cracked on with the work , also leaving rooms clean and tidy afterwards. Shall certainly use this company for future work.

  We requested CB Construction to quote extension and downstairs WC. Sid came out quickly, advised us on our best options based on his experience. He sent us quotes quickly, which we very happy with and started soon after. Sid is very experienced in his trade and organised our job efficiently. From start to finish we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are so happy with our addition of extra bedroom and downstairs WC. Friendly, approachable , easy to communicate with recommended to family and friends, and will definitely have more works done by Sid. Thanks again!

• Driveway

  Had the lads from CB construction back for another job. Wasn’t sure what I wanted but after speaking to Sid on the options went with block paving. Work started in time and was completed in time frame given. Old driveway and garden dug off and removed. New driveway laid. Had only positive comments from neighbours on both work and the lads. Wont hesitate to have them back again in future if any more work is required.

• Garden patio and dwarf wall

  Had a garden patio and dwarf wall in garden taken out and replaced. Very happy with work completed. We were kept informed of goings on at different parts of the job. All queries answered and suggestions of changes to original plans made by CB construction prior to work beginning made the completed area better. Lads always showed up on time and left areas tidy at the end of working days.

  If you're reading this you're probably in the same position we were this time last year- you know what you want doing but need someone to do it! Well you don't need to look any further. Sid has done an absolutely amazing job on our build. His workmanship and experience is hard to beat and he has at hand any extra trade you could possibly need. I wont lie, it wasn't all plain sailing but my mantra was 'dont worry, Sid'll sort it' and he did- every time. His quote didnt change although materials were sprialling during our build time. We have him returning to complete phase 2 too!

• Kitchen extension

  This is the first time I had had building work completed and it can be a scary experience handing money over for materials to someone you dont know. Simon was brilliant and he soon earned my full trust by his reliability and good communication. Simon and his colleague Callum carried out the work through some really bad weather and turned up regardless every time as promised. Both very respectful and they went over and above to achieve what I had requested on the budget I had. I am over the moon with the quality of their work and my extension looks amazing. I would highly recommend to use.
