    I contacted Chris to see if he would would walk around a property with us that we are in the middle of buying. We had a survey carried out that appeared to show alot of things that needed doing.He happily obliged. He looked at it all, very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Also was very honest and I don't think we could have got a better builder to come round with us. Would highly recommend his services if worried about a survey and you need a professional opinion. Would definitely return to him when needing work carried out for sure.

    Chris was brilliant from start to finish. Very professional, tidy, turned up every day by 8.30am and got the job done. Chris was great at keeping me up to date on the cost and invoice and payments clear and easy to make. The end result was beautiful. So so pleased with the work he has done.

    This was a follow on and more extensive scope of work to follow the initial immediate repair of a rotten and leaking garge roof. The work turned out to be even more extensive than originally estimated or expected but Chris finished it all quickly, with high quality, and with little increase in estimated price. A superb job.

    Chris turned up as planned and delivered an excellent job to the agreed standard and price. He then went further and carried out extra remedial work including a new quote for further rectification of dangerous beams, and even invited a colleague, a roofer, to quote in support. I fully recommend Chris for 'owning' the problem and helping find a solution.

Our MD Chris Bowring has been in the building trade since completing his apprenticeship in 1998.

We pride ourselves on providing the best experience from the very start to the day we leave your project. 

With professional employees and experienced vetted sub-contractors we can achieve the highest standards. 

Chris will personally visit your project to price and advise on your requirements.

We offer free no obligation quotations on anything construction-based.

Thanks to Chris’s Contract & Project management experience he’s second to none on taking your expectations and managing them throughout the works, sticking to your budget whilst producing the highest quality job.  

Our umbrella covers Groundworks, Brick stone, and Blockwork, Roofing, Carpentry in the new build sector. We also undertake refurbishments/property maintenance and offer Damp and Timber treatments.

We feel this gives us the upper hand as we can offer an end-to-end service no matter what the project and with over 26 years of experience you should be safe in the knowledge that you have put your faith in the right hands.
