    Jay the plumber was great, arrived on time for a quote, unlike the first referral from checkatrade. Took his boots off on the way into the house quoted a reasonable rate for the refit. The day of the job he arrived on time put plastic covering down on the hall and stairs carpet. Got on with the job, done and dusted in a day
