  Following a Surveyors Homebuyers Report on my property suggesting it was damp and should be checked out by a Damp Proofer I researched all relevant Damp Proofing companies in my area and found CDS and the Proprietor ‘Michael’ to be the only company to respond with professionalism and concern and in doing so suggested a visit ‘after working hours’ that evening. I COULDN’T have chosen a more experienced damproofer. Michael had Quality ‘Damp Proofing Equipment’, not the cheap Pin Prick Damp Meter Readers which are inaccurate. The Surveyors Report was Rubbished. Fantastic Service and Company!!
