Left the job after causing flooding and damage to my property.
0Verified ReviewThis person called to fix a leak in the airing cupboard upstairs. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing and subsequently flooded the downstairs through the ceiling causing damage to my property. He left the job with water still coming out of a valve he had left open. I have never experienced anything quite like this and would certainly NOT be recommending this person to anyone.

Location: LE16Just came and told me I will replace two parts and took the money without fixing the problem
0Verified ReviewThe engineer came and told me that the problem is either with the sparking system or with the gas outlet part. Without fixing any issue he took the money and didn't respond to what needed to be done. He could have told me that I would charge the money irrespective of fixing the problem. Since the problem was severe, I called another engineer who cleaned the electrode and since then I never faced the problem again. Not going to recommend
