    I was advised to contact my water company to sort my problem rather than using Central Drains. Both Daniel and his colleague before him listened and were patient whilst explaining what steps I should take, but also reassured me that he would attend if STW weren't able to. Both were polite and clear in their explanations and information.

    After having a problematic bath that was struggling to empty after having showers, I called checkatrade who recommended a couple of tradesmen. The tradesman who came out managed to get the bath emptying better than ever and informed me that the main pipe would need replacing as it was furred up. He managed to clear some of the furring so the replacement pipe will be one of the next jobs to be done.

He made us aware of labour costs and equipment charges prior to commencing the job. We were extremely grateful that Daniel was able to attend so quickly over the Easter bank holiday weekend.
