    Excellent job from Adam and team. An observation from the chimney stack renovation found the roof batons were rotten - likely because angle for the slate roof was too low. Advised alternative to Welsh slate and completed the job within 2 weeks of start date. Lovely job, rubbish efficiently removed and area - inside roof vold and out, cleared. New guttering as well as roof vents and new Velux window.
