    This is the second time that I had used the services of the Certified Locksmith for 2 different jobs. This time, I could not open or lock my front door, which rendered me unable to leave the house. I called Laurence for help and he arrived within the hour. To my relief, he was able to open the door and replace the faulty lock with a new one on the spot. I was very grateful for his help, especially considering that the next day was Good Friday and the start of long Easter weekend. I find Laurence to be very courteous, knowledgeable and professional who often goes above and beyond to help people
