• Minor roof repair

  Slight rain ingress from roof, and (separate ly) a dislodged tile. Connor came to view the problem within an hour of my sending pictures. Checked tiles and felt - felt dry and tiles sound - but lead flashing was insecure which he rectified, as well as fixing the dislodged tile. Asked me to keep check over the next week or so to ensure ok/no further rain ingress. Only charged me his call out rare for the visit and work. Very fair. I hadn’t known him but kept details from a glowing review on Nextdoor by another customer. Recommend.

  Connor came to view the problem - slight ingress from roof, and (elsewhere) a shifted tile - an hour after I’d sent pictures. He removed tiles, checked soundness underneath - all ok - and diagnosed likely problem was insecure flashing. Rectified that, and the shifted tile, immediately, charged just for an hour call-out. Messaged later asking me to check over the coming week or so that the work appeared sound. Fast response and remedy, and very fair charge. He was new to me; I’d got details from another very pleased customer on Nextdoor. Recommend.
