    I would highly recommend Charlecote, this is the second time I have instructed James to complete a survey for a house purchase and he was able to book in quickly and has given a very thorough report. He also called after completing the survey to give some verbal feedback walking through his findings which was something we really appreciated.

    James explained the process and really listened to my long list of enquiries. The survey and report was incredibly quick and I also had a comprehensive phone call to discuss main findings. Survey was incredibly thorough and enabled us to make an informed choice on whether to proceed with the purchase. Highly recommend to use James if you want a reliable expert commentary on the property and repairs needed. I certainly will be using James again. Especially knowing I’m in really good hands.

    James replied promptly to my initial enquiry, the survey was carried out soon after and the very comprehensive but clear to understand report was produced very quickly, with an offer to explain anything I was unsure about. My only complaint is that it was an extremely long-winded process to arrange for the survey - back and forth with online forms and emails, and having to create an online account which I hope will never be used again as I don't move house every week! Maybe it was because I contacted James via the RICS. I hadn't thought to look for a surveyor through Checkatrade.

We also sit on a major panel serving a number of mainstream lenders and banks, providing valuation surveys and reports. This provides us with an expert knowledge of the local property markets within the regions that we operate. 

We provide RICS compliant Homebuyer Reports, Building Surveys and various other services for home buyers, priding ourselves on ensuring that you have the information needed to make an informed and unbiased decision. We ensure that our survey clients are kept fully informed of the process form the start, through to the issuing the final report and post survey questions, with direct contact with the surveyor throughout the process.
