10Verified ReviewI got in contact with Charlie following a poor repair of a leaking roof by another firm. From first contact Charlie was great. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He spent a couple of hours with us preparing the quote and investigating the issue, explaining his findings. The work was done quickly and to a high standard, and he also fixed some other issues with our roof whilst he was here. I highly recommend him and we'll be using him again for any roof related issues.

I have carried out systems training and seminars with the key manufacturers such as BMI Redland, Flex-R, Cupa, Velux and many more. I regularly do 'continuous professional development' (CPD) to keep updated on the latest products and changes in the construction industry, so I can deliver my customers' projects with confidence in the products being installed.
My 10-year experience in the construction industry working for building contractors has given me plenty of contacts for all trades. If I cannot help a customer with their project, I may be able to recommend someone who can.
My core values are training, commitment and accountability. If I am not trained to do the work I will recommend someone who is. I will only do a job for a customer if I am committed to do it, including being punctual and providing good communication. I always hold myself accountable for my service to all my customers.
