Boiler repair
2Verified ReviewAlthough the engineer was very friendly, we were advised that the boiler wasn't worth fixing and that we should just replace it. There had been a pre-existing leak that, if anything, the engineer left in a worse state than what it had been before the visit. We have since had a second opinion, and the issue has now been resolved (and the leake has stopped). I probably wouldn't look to use these services again.

0Verified ReviewDon’t trust these guys. Had a someone come out to fix our hot water pump as it was not producing hot water. First thing they said was there was nothing wrong with the system, but they will start charge for coming out. They effectively didn’t do anything apart from clean a few pipes/valves. 3 days later, I’m still stuck with no hot water. My impression was that they took the job on, but didn’t really know what they were doing, ran out of ideas, so just told me there was nothing wrong and charged me for the privilege.

10Verified ReviewI'm really happy with the service I had this morning. The guy was within the allocated time window, courteous and knowledge. Wasn't able to fix my leak because he believed it could be external to the property. He did fit a pressure arrestor though and no more water hammer, thank god. Would definitely use these guys again, especially as I'm remodelling my bathroom soon. Now the leak is Essex and Suffolk Water's problem.

Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating are an established local, family run business who have been trading since 1999. We offer a full plumbing, heating and electrical service from small 1-hour jobs, boiler breakdowns through to new installations.
Your call will be answered personally, and your enquiry dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
All our engineers are employed directly by us and are fully qualified to work on Gas, LPG, Oil and Electrics. We do not employ sub-contractors.
We have the additional advantage of employing a team of service engineers which enables us to offer a full after sales service, including an annual boiler service.
Our charges are competitive and 100% clear, with no hidden extras.
