    The guys were amazing we were let down by a carpet fitter who had started the job but couldn't finish it. We gave them a ring with a brief description and they were round within the hr to have a look at the job they turned up the day after which was Easter Sunday and sorted the job out. They were polite certious and very tidy. The price was extremely competitive as well. Great job the room was ready to furnish after they were done which was great.

We needed a small bathroom floor refit and Charlie was able to come around for a quote quickly and schedule in the work within a week. Hello potential client, my name is Charlie and I am a flooring specialist.


I cover: Essex, London, Kent and the Southeast from hard floor to carpet. I have trained under my father and his friend who have over 60 years flooring experience between them.

How I work:

Firstly: I get in contact with you where we speak about your flooring needs and organise a time and date for me to come to visit the property that requires work. During this conversation we will discuss things such as: Type of flooring, areas that require works done, budget, samples, colour etc. I will also answer any questions you might have at this time.


Secondly: When I arrive I will show you the flooring samples, while you are looking at the samples I will measure the area. You will most likely have some questions about the samples that I will answer.


Thirdly: I write up your quote within 48 hours and send it over to you. Once we agree upon a quote, I will ask for a 20% deposit for the cost of materials. Once this deposit is paid, I then order the materials if required.


Fourthly: We agree on a date/dates for the work to be carried out on.


Fifthly: You settle up the balance remaining on the quote, and hopefully leave me a very nice review :)
