  Chimney chaps were brilliant, reliable and got the job done. Communicated effectively before coming to do the jobs They came to fit our stove, chimney lining and chimney pot. The 2 people that came to fit it were friendly and helpful. They completed the job in a quick and efficient manner, laid down dust sheets and left no mess. We would 100% recommend chimney chaps and their services, we love our log burner and the work they did. They were also very reasonably priced!

  They really helped us out by committing to and carrying out the work at short notice to work around other trades we’d got planned in. Martin, who carried out the work was a really nice guy and carried out the work mostly really well. A few issues around the quality of the plaster finish, but other than that the work was decent and Brett the owner was happy to resolve any concerns I had quickly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend Chimney Chaps.

  Installation was fine, they were very timely and the lads got it done. Some untidy lines left with the finish of hearth and fire board and some air gaps left that I ended up doing myself. Very demanding on payment on the day, but not so good following up on issues with install. No invoice or any paperwork received, even though requested.

  Wow absolute brilliant service.Had a log burner fitted hearth fitted and chimney made wider.Very professional job from start to finish and all done in one day I thought it would take 2 to 3 the price was spot on I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a log burner fitting I’m over the moon this is how you should run a company ????????

  Brett and the team was amazing. Requested a quote on Monday, installation done Tuesday. Work was top quality, team left the house very tidy and I even booked a 12 month chimney clean because of hoe good these guys are. Highly recommended!
