    Just a few piles of Ivy etc - v easy. But he turned up 90 mins late having forgotten. Had not big enough bags so carried rubbish through the house! Barely spoke English. Overall wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially an elderly person needing politeness and kind reassurance.
