  Rocco is very pleasant and polite, and turned up when he said he would. He made a reasonable job of tiling our kitchen, but lack of attention to detail was disappointing. This resulted in the following problems: 1. Use of chipped tiles (even though we had plenty of spares) 2. Tile cuts around sockets inaccurate, resulting in gaps 3. Sockets not sitting flat against tiles 4. Didn't remove old sealant, instead new sealant was used over the top of this, resulting in lumpy finish 5. Tile trim not joining up at corners 6. Sockets covered in caulk 7. Scratched worktop requiring repair

  Very pleased with the final result except for the unfortunate spread of the grouting at the bottom of the steps to spread onto the tarmac which I was usable to remove. I shall have to purchase some tarmac paint to cover it up. Apart from that very pleased with the new steps.Would recommend Rocco good worker.

  Rocco sourced and fitted some lovely tiles for our toilet. He also quoted for removing and refitting the radiator and existing toilet to tile behind. He also quoted for removing existing wooden shelf and re-doing that and the window area with tiles and matching edging. When he did the job at the agreed time and date he did some extra work incl removing skirting and drilling holes for a towel and toilet roll holder for no extra charge. He is very reliable, a very nice chap and an excellent workman. I would highly recommend Rocco.

  Contacted me to say he was coming the end of the week to quote, I replied ok and offered to send pictures of the work required and no reply. I can only assume if the reliability is this bad before work is carried out then it can only get worse once you’ve handed over money
