    The workers let me know the time they would arrive, and arrived on time. They knew exactly what they needed to do and worked efficiently and quickly. They took photos of the panels to show me what they had done, as the panels are not visible from the ground. I would certainly use this company again.

    I was impressed with CIS from start to finish. CIS are very professional. Neil came out to assess the roof and provided a quote quickly. I like the fact that the quote is digital and you can add/remove services as required. Once the quote was accepted we booked in and they came on time as scheduled. They were courteous and very tidy. There was a lot of moss that came off the roof, and it was all cleaned up with no issue. Our front and back was left as it was before the work started. The roof is now spotless and looks brand new. I can’t thank them enough. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

    The manager, Neil, was very professional in assessing the work and preparing a quote. The 2 operators were also excellent. They interacted with my neighbours to ensure they understood what was happening, and they treated our property and our neighbours property with respect. The clean up after the roof was cleaned and treated was done meticulously - you wouldn’t have known there was a large amount of debris washed off the roof after they left.

Soft Washing - this process uses our specialist truck mounted systems that provides safe cleaning, biodegradable chemicals that will emulsify the organic and no organic staining on your property including breaking down spider webs, as well as moss, mould, mildew, algae and lichens.

Your property is then fully sanitised so that all organic matter is killed and the results with Soft Washing last 4 - 6 times longer than any pressure washing can offer.

The Difference?

Pressure washing can be very abrasive and destroy your property facades and effectively only gives the organic matter a haircut - Soft Washing by comparison kills all organic matter and fully sanitises your property leaving it cleaner for longer, safe and healthy to live in.  

Soft Washing uses only a third of the water that pressure washing does and is delivered at low pressure.

What we clean - your roof is paramount, why leave that to be eaten by moss and lichens when it’s the most important aspect of your home - we can strip this back to the original colour and ensure it stays clean with our 5 years guarantee.

We own and run our own truck mounted boom for high level works ensuring access safely and efficiently.
