From our first visit to the showroom, where we were allowed to browse without pressure, to speaking with Jamie, who did us a budget quote based on our measurements, everything felt personal, and caring. Deliveries arrived when promised, Louis and his team of fitters arrived the following morning, and fitted 2 bathrooms in one day. Amazing. There were a couple of snags, but these were resolved quickly and we were communicated with all through. Every single person has been great to deal with. 100% totally recommend

10Verified ReviewWe had a full bathroom renovation completed by City Bathrooms last June, and we recently noticed that the black paint on our tap handle was chipping already. I sent some photos to see if they could help under warranty, and Dave phoned me within 24 hours of me sending my email and confirmed he'd ordered a replacement part for me. 2 weeks later and Neil dropped it off at our home and advised we could either replace it ourselves if we were comfortable to, or they would someone out to do it for us in the next few days. The after sales process was easy & stress free 🙂 - a truly fantastic company!

10I bought a new bathroom suit including a shower and all the fittings from City Bathrooms and have fitted it myself. There was a quality issue with the bath and a couple of items were missing from the kits. Jordan and Dave were very concerned and understanding and and delivered a replacement bath and the missing items the very next day. What fantastic customer service, this company really cares about customer satisfaction. I cannot praise them highly enough.

With thanks to Steve who kept me informed at all stages, worked incredibly hard, cleaned up at the day and almost became part of the family for a few weeks! And thanks to Sam who works tirelessly and so quietly you’d sometimes not realise he was there at all. We are a family run company that has been professionally installing bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms for over 30 years in Coventry and Warwickshire. With hundreds of thank you letters from happy customers over the years and countless five star Google reviews we are extremely proud of the level of service we provide our customers.
We are a one stop shop.
No need to get a tiler, a plasterer, a builder etc. We keep everything in house and all projects are organised by ourselves to create a stress free installation. We do the tiling, the plastering any building work etc so you don't have to worry about organising the project, that's what we're here for.
We undertake full bathroom, kitchen and bedroom renovations and supply and fit our own materials.
Our showroom in Coventry displays hundreds of beautiful bathroom products with name brands such as Sottini, Roca, Aqualisa, Kudos, Merlyn, Triton, Vitra, Twyfords and our bespoke Cambridge Collection that is custom built to the size of your bathroom allowing our designers to maximise the space and allowing you the customer to create your dream bathroom.
On display in our showroom we also have an extensive display of British made kitchens with true handle-less kitchens on display, traditional shaker type kitchens and many more. We also have a large display of worktops including, granite, laminate, solid surface and quartz. Appliances are also on show with high quality brands such as Belling, Smeg, Neff, Flavel and Abode etc.
