    Very positive impression overall and will definitely use the service again. Clear and transparent communication. Fair price (it feels like this at least). There were a couple of nuances I wasn't satisfied with though, but those were not major.

    Craig came to look at my oven, which was tripping the electrics. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted a replacement element to my fan oven. This solved the issue, he showed me my oven working nicely again. Very tidy, explained everything well to me. Would definitely use him again in future if needed.
