    Key to high security composite door lock suddenly stopped working from outside. Came within an hour to assess and confirmed new lock needed. Put a temporary cylinder in so door could be secured without risk of complete failure until permanent replacement was obtained and fitted 2 days later to accommodate our availability. Came at agreed time, quickly completed job as agreed, advised on best replacement, made sure we knew how to register lock / obtain spare keys. Polite and professional throughout.
